  • What am I booking?
    One 30min to 60min free Project Kickoff session to determine what is needed and review client materials. When a service is selected and booked online, the initial fee will be due and work will start after the project kickoff.
  • What happens after the client approves the scope?
    An estimated completion date will be provided 24hrs after the Project Kickoff
  • Do I have to book a service upfront?
    No! Alternatively, one complimentary 15min Project Review can be booked prior to purchasing a new service.
  • Can I cancel my service and receive a refund?
    Yes! Services can be canceled for a full refund prior to the project start date. If a service is canceled after the project start date a 50% fee will be billed to the client.
